With access to valuable background information from official extracts, such as balance sheet data, beneficial owners and GISA, Compass is your reliable partner when it comes to business information in Austria. 

Documents from the Business Register

Documents like articles of association, annual financial statements or balance sheets are available free of charge and offer access to original documents from the company register. Data on trade enterprises, associations and foundations provides you with additional information about your business partners.

Data in Wirtschafts-Compass is constantly supplemented by new content which supports you in your daily work and “know your customer” checks.

Compliance-Screening

The Wirtschafts-Compass is ideal for compliance checks, too: beneficial owners may be retrieved directly from the official register, the WiEReG (Register of Beneficial Owners). In addition, data is uploaded on the basis of data from the Business Register.

Politically exposed persons (PEPs) are indicated with a note, as are sanctioned entities and persons appearing on EU, US and UN sanctions lists.

Transparent organisation charts

With the organisational chart tool, you can see the ownership and shareholding structure of companies and individuals in a graphical overview. The types of ownership and percentage interests of shareholders - based on daily updated company register data - can be seen at a glance. Besides organisational charts of business entities and persons, charts of the beneficial owners are also available.

For your convenience: The Compass archive

Retrieved excerpts are stored in the Compass archive so that you may view them again at any time free of charge. When an excerpt is purchased, the system also checks whether it is already in the archive. If the excerpt is still up to date, it will be indicated when the request is made. This saves costs and avoids unnecessary duplicate queries.
